1.1 How can I select a design?
The simplest way is to use our ordering system, where you can create a request for a non-binding price calculation with the preparation of a graphic design. In your sport category, you choose a pre-made design, choose color variations, collar type, cut style, number font, inscriptions, and choose the number of shirts you want. In each step, follow the instructions in the “ORDER” field that appears in the top right corner. Finally, you choose the form of payment and delivery, fill in the contact details. In the note, describe the logo and any sponsor layout. You can also attach additional requirements or comments to our graphics. This email will give you a confirmation of the price calculation request and the number you use to send the logos and even pictures required for the design. Once you have received your graphic design and pricing, you can decide whether to fill in and submit a binding order.

1.2 How should I tell you about how I would like any sponsor logos laid out?
When choosing the design of the apparel on our site, you can describe the placement of the logos in the note or send it out separately by e-mail.

1.3 In what format do I send the logos I need to print on the apparel I am interested in?
We need the logotype in vector format: EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), and in some cases PDF. If you have them in jpeg or bmp format, they must be stored at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, however, we cannot guarantee the same quality in the result as we can with high quality images.

1.4 I’m not sure of what colours I want on the design. What should I do?
If you would like a ready-made design, but you need to customize the colors according to your club’s colors, simply write in the note either the exact color requirement (CMYK, PANTONE) or contact us and agree on the next step.

1.5 Can I come up with my own design?
Yes, if you use this option, you can send us a prepared proposal that our graphic designers will more or less complete, expertly process and prepare in cooperation with you for production. Just draw your idea on the paper, scan it and send it to us by e-mail. Our graphic designer will prepare the proposal. This is where we REALLY like to see our customers use their imagination.

1.6 Can you make apparel exactly like something I already have?
Yes, this is a process often used by our customers. If you send us photos of whatever design you have now, ideally with a tape measure in the frame for reference, we can absolutely re-create your exact design.

1.7 What do I need to provide for specific “PLAYERNAMES” on the apparel?
When you submit your “final order”, there will be specific areas where all of this information can be entered. On the same form, sizes, “PLAYERNUMBERS”, and any special instructions can be noted.

1.8 How do I find the correct size of apparel I need?
In the top menu above, under the information tab, select “Size table” and, depending on the sport you want, you will go to the appropriate table where you will find everything you need. The charts are all in centimeters, so please measure carefully. You can also find a reference to the size table on each product page at the bottom, along with other material information. If necessary, under most circumstances, we can lend you the size patterns of some type of apparel.

1.9 How do I inform you about the size I need?
When you submit your “final order”, there will be specific areas where all of this information can be entered. On the same form, “PLAYERNAMES”, “PLAYERNUMBERS”, and any special instructions can be noted.

1.10 Where can I find information about the materials used in our apparel?
In the top menu above, under the information tab, select “Materials” item and, depending on the sport you want, go to the appropriate page. You can also find a link to a detailed description page on each product page at the bottom of the list of materials used. You will get to it after clicking “More here”.

1.11 Can I get samples of the materials used in production?
Yes, if you are interested, we can send you samples of materials used for the production of apparel of your choice.

1.12 Do you make apparel in specific ladies styles and cuts?
Yes, when choosing a cut, you have the option of choosing a ladies’ cut that is anatomically adapted to the female body. We will also make specific graphic designs with a woman’s cut.

1.13 What are the minimum numbers I need to order for production?
The minimum number for production is 5 pieces. This is not size or style dependant. As long as there is 5 pieces in your order, you meet the requirement. This restriction, of course, does not apply to, for example, the production of a goalie jersey produced for a set of team jerseys. If you want to clarify the production of fewer products, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

1.14 Does the number of sponsor logos and design ideas affect the cost of the apparel?
No, these prices are final, including all required inscriptions, numbers, logos, ads and also include all the color combinations of your choice.

1.15 Do additional numbers on the sleeves, logos, names, or design items affect the price of the apparel?
No, the prices quoted are final, including any number and size of the numbers.

1.16 If I need to order additional pieces of my apparel, do you offer this option?
Yes, we offer this option anytime in the future, without time limitation. We guarantee the print of uniformly matching colors. In this case, the production date could be a variable, taking into account our current production situation. We can not guarantee production in standard production terms. To complement the set of apparel you already have, we recommend that you think well in advance.

2.1 How do I find the exact cost of the apparel we would like to order?
The best and most accurate way to obtain current prices is to contact us directly. While “pricelists” can be developed, we have customers in many different parts of the world. These customers all have different currencies, shipping costs, import fees, and taxes. We have the knowledge and experience to accurately calculate these costs for you so there are no surprises. We’re happy to assist you at any time and will prepare a detailed quote for you according to your requirements.

2.2 I have received a graphic design proposal from you that I’m happy with. How do I continue?
Please confirm by email that you agree with the graphic design and we will send you an order form. You fill in and send it back to us. We will review the order and fill-in any missing information and will send it back to you in a PDF format for final approval. We will keep you informed about the production according to our current situation and when the order is shipped.

3.1 When does the apparel order go into production?
Immediately after approval of the PDF order form, we will submit the order for production.

3.2 What is the delivery time for the order?
Under normal circumstances, the delivery time for the order is 4 weeks after the order has been submitted for production. The actual production and delivery time may vary depending on the current production situation. Check with us for the current production situation and an estimated delivery time. It is possible, after prior agreement, to choose an express delivery depending on the country and actual quantity of orders. Goods ordered from TRI HARDGEAR can be delivered in the following way:

  1. Regular post – business package.
  2. Postal courier (UPS, GLS, DHL, and others).
  3. Transport companies.

3.3 I need to RUSH an order…is it possible to have the production completed a little faster?
Absolutely! If possible, taking into account the current amount of production orders, we will be happy to see what we can do to speed things up.

3.4 Can I choose the delivery method?
Yes, you can choose from several ways of delivery: by mail, postal courier, shipping company. For more information, please see our “Terms and Conditions”, or we will be happy to advise you.

3.5 Is delivery included in the cost of the apparel?
Yes, the prices quoted DO include normal shipping costs. If you choose an alternate delivery method, or any additional forwarding is required, these charges are NOT included.

3.6 How can I pay for the order?
You can pay for your order in a number of ways…by cash in person, direct bank transfer to our account, PayPal, etransfer (within Canada), cheque (within North America), money order, bank draft, and other typical methods. 4.1 What is “sublimation printing”?
It’s one of the most advanced printing technologies that allows you to realize any graphic requirements in photographic quality for a variety of different materials. The basis is the thermal-chemical process, which ensures the transfer of colors into the material, the resulting image is not only on the surface, but is embedded deep into the material. The actual color transfer takes place under high temperature and pressure on a special press.

4.2 What are the benefits of sublimation printing?
Sublimation print transfers color to depth of material, therefore it is impermeable, extremely resistant to abrasion, sweat, washing and sunlight. It allows you to realize any graphic requirements of excellent quality without limitation. The advantage is the possibility of using an unlimited range of colors.

4.3 What is the life of the apparel we order?
The print created by the sublimation method has a lifetime that is the same as the life of the garment itself. We often hear of various pieces of apparel that are YEARS old and still going strong!

4.4 Can the prints of printed sublimation technology print over time be damaged, faded, rubbed, or blurred?
No. As the ink penetrates into the depth of the material, which is due to the production technology, the resulting printing is extremely resistant to the above-mentioned effects.

5.1 I’m not satisfied with the quality of the apparel delivered to me, what should I do?
We will always strive to ensure your order is completed to YOUR standards. We will also do whatever we can to “make it right”, if it’s possible. You can find all the necessary information on the “Claims” page located on the top of the order book.
