At first contact, it is important for us to enter your basic requirements so that we can create an appropriate quote. This is in particular the specification of the type and number of products, the chosen material, the cut, whether it will be for example long-sleeved or short sleeves. Based on this information, we will prepare a non-binding, preliminary price offer.
Preparation of graphic design
Once the non-binding bids have been agreed, the preparation of the graphic design comes along. The simplest way is to use our order system where you choose a pre-made design in the sport category, choose color variations, collar type, cut type, number font, inscriptions, attach logos that you want to print on jerseys and simply send.
In each step, follow the instructions in the “non-binding calculation” field that appears in the upper-right corner. In the note, describe the required log layout, you can also attach additional requirements or comments to our graphics. Additionally, you choose the type of transport and payment you want, so we will prepare you with the graphic design for a precise and final price calculation of the required jerseys. The entire design selection process is simple, intuitive and takes you a minimum of time. The confirmation email and the number you use when sending the logs and pictures required for the jerseys will be send to the email in the application. Remember that pre-made designs on our site are only indicative, whenever we can prepare a design entirely according to your ideas. You can also send us a prepared design that our graphic designers will more or less complete, expertly process and prepare in cooperation with you for production. For example, draw your idea on paper, scan it and send it to us by e-mail. We need the logos, that you require to put on the jerseys, in a VECTOR format: AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), PDF, or other high quality file type. If you have them in jpeg or bmp format, they must be stored at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Create a final order
The completed graphic design will be send to you for reconciliation. Only after approval of the final version of the design and sending of the final order is the order placed in production. The “final order” form can be found in the top menu, in the order book. In the form you also fill in the required numbers and player names.
Please pay enough attention to filling the required jersey sizes. Determine them according to our size table, found on the top menu, on the information tab.
After receiving the final order, we will inform you about the assignment of the order to the production and the current situation of the preliminary production completion date.

Printing
The production of the jersey set itself begins by cutting the respective material according to selected cuts and sizes. The jersey designs are then transferred to sublimation papers on Mimaki digital machines. At this stage, it is very important to use high-quality sublimation papers and inks, which guarantees accurate printing with the ability to use a wide range of colors and precise transfer of even the most sophisticated designs and photos.
The basis for the subsequent transfer of designs from sublimation papers to prepared blankets is the thermal-chemical process, in which a special paint press is ignited to the depth of the material itself.
In particular, the exact link between the design and the individual parts is taken into account.
The next step is the sewing of individual cuts on the sewing workshop. Subsequently, all the jerseys will go through the checkout, which they are ready to send to you.
