  • We provide 24 months warranty on all our products.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. It does not apply to defects resulting from wear and mechanical damage to the material.
  • Claims of printing errors (logos, numbers, inscriptions, etc.) must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of the product.
  • Please send the claim after prior agreement to the address of the company, attach copies of the invoice and description of the claim.
  • After receiving the claim, we will review and agree on the next steps.
  • By no means send a cashback claim, we can not accept such a shipment.
  • The normal claim period is 30 days. We encounter complaints about our products very rarely, but we usually handle them within one week.
